I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the ski slopes just down the road and a beautiful river nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed including a balcony and sitting area. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with half board included; we found the members of staff were friendly. The breakfast choice was excellent and evening meals were of a high quality. The hotel is good value for money.

Apartment needs better/comfortable seating

Location - walks from door, pool/leisure facilities, bike hire, indoor games eg pool, table tennis, large rooms with living area and balcony, separate toilet and bathroom. Themed evening food eg barbecue

Same table every breakfast and evening, could only eat outside as half board when barbecue despite hot weather and a la carte guests eating outside, bit noisy as near road

We stayed at this hotel last Christmas and had a great experience. The restaurant staff was outstanding and the food was tasty. The hotel had a kids club and swimming pool which kept our 9-year-old boys busy. The location was perfect, with a close distance to the gondola and a short drive to Soelden. the hotel had a washing machine and drying machine for guest use, which was convenient. we had a wonderful time during our stay.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the poor wifi and slow internet. Hopefully, the owners will fix this issue in the near future.

Very nice staff/hotel owners, good facilities for kids incl big outside playground & trampoline, as well as inside playroom. Good location (even despite of the main road), close to ski lift. Absolutelly great value of money

I liked the traditional sauna. The steam sauna however was no good. The pool was ok. The service staff at dinner was good.

Management not gemütlich. The lady should have said straight away that Wifi only works in the bar area, instead of lying and saying that she would check the reception.

The hotel's location near the cable car made it so convenient to get to the ski slopes. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great variety with delicious vegan options. The staff were very helpful and nice, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the cleanliness of the apartment was impressive with its spacious and tidy rooms.
